Does anyone watch Ramsey’s Best Restaurant? I’ve been catching up on the latest season courtesy of on demand. I recently watched the finale of Prashad vs. Casamia. Although Prashad was my favorite during the whole show I must say Casamia captured my heart with their intoxicating dessert!

They went out with a bang with their liquid nitrogen lemon dessert. What I love most is that they use only the best lemons from the Italian Amalfi Coast. You don’t need to watch the whole video but check out the first two minutes and see what I mean! It reminds me just how important it is to use all of our senses when trying to create an experience.
